Be Inspired!

We often get lost in the day to day minutia of work and family life. Our very noisy world is filled with distractions. It’s hard to think clearly—let alone be inspired. Living an inspired life is so important.
Inspired people love with a full heart. Inspired people are builders and problem solvers. Furthermore, inspired teams achieve goals. It pays to be inspired!
Here are 5 things you can do to be inspired.
Find your why, and let the why energy flow through every decision you make for your life and business.
Stick to your why. Why do you wake up in the morning? Why do you work?
Have gratitude.
I often take a few seconds to visualize someone I love when I need to be inspired. For a quick boost of inspiration pull out a picture of someone you love, look at it for a few moments and then think to yourself “I’m so lucky to have you in my life.” You’ll be inspired.
Find what inspires you.
Some find inspiration reading a book of poetry, taking a walk outside, or watching a TED talk. For me it’s music. I have a list of songs I listen to when I need to feel inspired.
Cest la vie!
Be who you are, be proud of yourself, be authentic. The most inspired people I meet are often the most authentic and unapologetically themselves.
Accept your faults.
Become comfortable (I mean really comfortable) with the idea that you can make mistakes, you’re not always right, and you have more to learn. Believe that anything is possible. Make a conscious decision not to let past emotions, notions and ideas interfere with the present. Don’t let the past stop you from being inspired! This is not easy to do. Letting go and believing often lead to inspiration.
I implore you to try these steps.
