DESTINATIONS
“One of the ways we help people feel like they are at home in our environment is to stimulate their senses. We want to help create wonderful memories for customers of their experience with us, and one of the best ways to do that is based on smell, taste and feel. We purchase gourmet cookie dough from a local cookie shop called Ruby Snap, so one of the rst thing customers notice when they walk in is the fresh aroma of baked chocolate chip cookies. That is one of the rst things that begin creating those warm memories for our customers.
We also work really hard with our vendors to provide visually stunning displays, working faucets and tubs to show the ow and the silent ripple of an Aquatic Drift Bath for instance. Whether we engage them one- on-one as sales representatives or through technology online, we want customers to feel like they have options, that they can take their time, and that we want to help them visualize what they really want their kitchen or bath to look like — and then create it.“
“At Mountainland, I think the thing we love most about engaging with customers is that many times we are helping them nally create their dream kitchen, bath or home. There is a great satisfaction in knowing that our customers can now live in greater comfort, peace and tranquility. Seeing customers’ smiles as we help them work with contractors, builders or plumbers means everything to us.“
