“LPG is a very inclusive group. We encourage showroom owners to also send their staff to our conferences, which is not always the case with other groups. It’s a fantastic opportunity for the team to meet one-on-one with vendors and share their ideas for new products that would be a hit in their area, as well as honest feedback about any tweaks they think would boost the popularity of current products. This type of engagement really bene ts everyone involved.
We make it a priority to continually update our showrooms and have the newest products on display that we think will be a hit in our market. We designate a portion of the rebate dollars we get from LPG to keep our showrooms fresh and be considered the ‘go to’ places for anyone in our area who has a kitchen or bath project coming up.”
“Beyond all of that, LPG means strong relationships. Members get to know each other very well and become life-long friends. We are dedicated to supporting and encouraging each other build better businesses — not just during conference but throughout the year. I regularly communicate with my LPG peers across the country when I need some inspiration to make a client’s dream come to life.”
