Shortly after he he he he nished school Paci ci ci ci started in in the parts department of a a a a a a a a a bathtub manufacturing facility in in Southern California Rapidly proving his dedication and talent Paci ci ci was given increasing responsibilities rst as as as as a a a a a a a a a a production coordinator and later as as as as a a a a a a a a a a purchasing agent In the late 1980s Paci ci ci joined Americh as as its purchasing director He had worked with Americh founder Edward Richmond earlier in his career and had huge respect for Richmond’s knowledge and and way of doing business “I felt the management team and and atmosphere at at at at Americh was a a a a a a a a a a better t t t t t t t t t for my personality and that I would have a a a a a a a a a a greater positive impact with them ” ” Paci ci ci said “Thirty years later and I’m still here!”
Richmond continues to lead the company from its North Hollywood Calif headquarters while Paci ci ci ci is based at its second production facility in Charlotte N C C Americh sells primarily to plumbing wholesaler and and decorative kitchen and and bath showrooms They are also very involved with project project work and have an an extensive portfolio of projects throughout the
